One Contractor From Construction to Completion

Building work in Pimlico often involves several elements happening together — structural alterations, plumbing, electrics, kitchens, bathrooms, joinery and finishing.

Extensions and larger refurbishments may also require coordination with architects, structural engineers, Building Control and other specialists before and during construction.

Kluk Construction manages the construction process and coordinates the different trades, giving homeowners one experienced contractor and a clear point of contact throughout the project.

Building and Refurbishing Homes in Pimlico

Pimlico has a varied mix of residential property, from Victorian and Edwardian houses and terraces to apartments, period conversions and larger family homes.

Refurbishing these properties can involve much more than updating kitchens and finishes. Older services, structural alterations, insulation, windows and changes to the existing layout often need to be considered together as part of the wider project.

For extensions and larger renovations, we can also work alongside architects, structural engineers, Party Wall surveyors and Building Control to help coordinate the construction process from the approved plans through to completion.

Our experience working on residential projects in Pimlico means we also understand the practical side of building locally — including access, parking, waste removal, deliveries and working considerately around neighbouring properties.

We work on residential properties throughout South West London, including:

Putney · Wandsworth · Fulham · Battersea · Wimbledon · Richmond · Chelsea · Hammersmith · Chiswick
