This project in Fulham involved a side return extension combined with a full apartment refurbishment, designed to improve layout, maximise natural light, and create a more functional living environment.

The side return extension allowed us to expand the existing footprint and unlock additional space within the property. By reconfiguring the layout, we created a more open and cohesive connection between the kitchen, dining, and living areas, significantly improving flow and usability.

Alongside the extension, a full refurbishment was carried out throughout the apartment. This included upgrading key areas such as the kitchen and bathrooms, as well as renewing core systems including electrics, plumbing, and insulation to meet modern standards.

Particular attention was given to detail and finish, ensuring the new elements integrated seamlessly with the existing structure while maintaining a clean, contemporary feel. The result is a well-balanced space that delivers both practicality and a high standard of living.
